Please visit http://mn.immigration.gov.mn/ on business days between 08:30AM-05:00PM and click the blue icon in the bottom right-hand corner. The helpline will request your name, mobile telephone number and e-mail address to start the chat (while the interface is in Mongolian, English-speaking staff are available).
