The Darkhan American Culture and Information Center is located at the Youth Development Center. Jointly with the Darkhan-Uul province Child, Family and Youth Development Center, the American Culture and Information Center offers a large program room for public events, lecture, and trainings, reading room equipped with English books, reference materials, and free to use computers.

’’Let’s Talk About America’’ lecture series
Every Thursday at 6:00 pm American citizens living or working in Mongolia give presentations about American culture. This lecture is streamed our center once in a month. Topics can cover American history, sports, geography, politics, or even comic book heroes. (Please note that this program runs from September until the end of June every year)
Internet Service
The American Culture and Information Center offers free internet service to the public. There are 3 high speed computers.

Highlight program
- Student Internship Program: The program allows students from 10 to 12 to participate in internship and engage in various activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
