The Dornogovi American Cultural and Information Center is located at the Sainshand Soyombo Library. Jointly with the Sainshand City Library, the Dornogobi American Cultural and Information Center offers a large program and reading room for public events, lectures, and trainings. The center also offers some English books, reference materials, and periodicals.
