The Khovd American Cultural and Information Center is located at the Khovd City Public Library. Jointly with the Khovd Central Library, the Khovd American Cultural and Information Center offers a large program and reading room for public events, lectures, and trainings. The center also offers English books, reference materials, and free to use computers. A maker space with sewing machines, tech-centered learning tools, and other services is also at the center.
