Mongolian Association of State Alumni

State Alumni are current and former participants of U.S. government-sponsored exchange, teaching or professional programs.

This includes, but is not limited to, participants of the following programs:

Mongolian Association of State Alumni (MASA), also known as Ambassadors for Development, is a non-profit NGO devoted for democratic social development and promoting equal opportunities in all spectrums of society.

First established in September 2007 by a handful of Fulbright and Humphrey program alumni, MASA is a community of all past and current alumni of U.S. government-funded scholarship and exchange programs.

It now has grown into a dynamic professional network of more than 1000 Mongolian alumni of various long-term and short-term scholarship and exchange programs funded by the U.S. Government.

MASA believes that an experience is twice as valuable when shared with others and it is even more valuable if used for not only for one’s own self, but for the betterment of others. Therefore, MASA aims at uniting and supporting not only the U.S. Government alumni of Mongolia, but also all other Mongolian graduates of U.S. universities in using what they have learned for building a democratic society where everyone has equal opportunity to contribute.
