Invitation to the U.S. – Mongolia Child Protection Compact Civil Society Information Session  | Thursday, December 5th 2:00pm – 4:00 pm

The Embassy of the United States in Mongolia and the U.S. Department of State Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP Office) is pleased to invite representatives from civil society and non-governmental organizations working on child protection issues to attend an informational briefing about anticipated funding opportunities for a potential Child Protection Compact (CPC) between the United States and Mongolia.

The briefing will be held on Thursday, December 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Consultation Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The purpose of this briefing is to provide information about a potential CPC Partnership with the Government of Mongolia and the associated competitive grant process. Although there will not be opportunities for organizations to give presentations, there will be time for questions, and organization are welcome to provide written materials (via e-mail or in person) on their work combat trafficking in persons in Mongolia.
