SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19MG1022Q0008 for 2EA of Passenger Vehicle
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for two passenger vehicles procurement which meets the standards as outlined in the Section 1 of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached RFQ #19MG1022Q0008.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- SF-1449
- Section 1, Pricing
- Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14
- Additional information as required in Section 3

Quotations are due by 1600 (Ulaanbaatar time) May 20 2022. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
