On August 27, Ms. Victoria Augustine, Fulbright Program Officer in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, held a second Fulbright talk at the American Corner, located at the Ulaanbaatar City Library. Ms. Augustine discussed Fulbright and other State Department exchange programs with an audience of more than 500 people that was followed by a lively Q&A session.

To accommodate the large number of individuals who attended the event, Ms. Augustine’s remarks were live-streamed to other rooms at the library. In addition, Mr. Richard Roberts, Acting PAO, spoke about career development to an overflow crowd of about 150 attendees in the lobby. This high level of interest demonstrates the popularity of State Department exchanges in Mongolia.
