Routine services for American Citizens at the U.S. Embassy Ulaanbaatar are available on Tuesdays from 1:00pm. to 3:00 pm, except U.S. and Mongolian holidays. Appointments can be made online at the Embassy’s Appointment System. For emergency services, please contact us directly by phone or email.
**Please note that the Consular Section cannot discuss Immigrant or Non-Immigrant visa issues during American Citizen hours. See the relevant sections of our webpage for information on these services.**
Public parking is not available on the Embassy grounds.
We recommend you use public transportation or a taxi as it can be difficult to find street parking near the Embassy. If you choose to come by car, please park your car safely in another parking lot or street nearby.
